Elle touche aussi bien les femmes que les hommes, bien que les sympt\u00f4mes soient <strong>plus marqu\u00e9s chez la femme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Elle est <strong>fr\u00e9quente dans le monde<\/strong>, sous-diagnostiqu\u00e9e car souvent <strong>asymptomatique<\/strong>, en particulier chez l\u2019homme.
